History

1980 - Olson Drug Inc. was purchased from the Olson's by Peter & Benthana Ng, who operated the pharmacy in a corner drug store tradition.

1990 - Olson Drug Inc. expanded its operation and opened a second pharmacy in the City of Willamette.

1994 - The purchase of the Gericare Pharmacy allowed Olson Drug Inc. into the Adult Foster Care Market The division of Olson Pharmacy Services was founded.

1995 - The opening of a second Institutional Pharmacy at the Willamette site. The company has experienced remarkable growth. A 300% increase from 77 to more than 200 facilities in just 12 months.

1998 - Olson Pharmacy Services and Jennings McCall Pharmacy is now serving, out of both locations, more than 3000 clients in over 600 facilities. The market area, beside the Tri-County and Portland Metropolitan areas, all of Oregon is now being serviced.

2000 - In order to devote entire time and resources to Olson Pharmacy Services, the retail pharmacy was closed. The company has continued in its tremendous growth and demand for its services.

2002 - Olson Pharmacy Services had dedicated itself to become the Pharmacy of choice of the Mental Health, MRDD, Adult Foster Care, RCF and Assisted Living communities. Olson Pharmacy Services has up graded the computer system to be able to provide better pharmacy services through the internet.

Present - We are continuously improving our services by utilizing new technology and automatic packaging systems (MTS). We are currently using the MTS bubble packaging machine to better insure quality along with GPS tracking of all deliveries.
